Our Staff
Rev. Bobby Brewer
Rev. Bobby Brewer is senior pastor and came to Dixie Church in June 2005. He
and his wife Becky are parents of three children, Teresa Szakats of South
Dakota, Christy Mosley of Hattiesburg and Jason Brewer of Gulfport. Bobby, before
coming to Dixie he served Carson, Good Hope, Mt. Zion UMCs in Jefferson
Davis county for 5 years. He is currently enrolled in the Mississippi Course of
Study at Millsaps College in Jackson and hopes to finish in 2006.
Mrs. Mary Ann Nester has served the church for over 25 years as the Church Organist. Mary Ann is highly devoted and was instrumental in establishment of the Church music program.
Mrs. Karen Weldy is our pianist. She serves as a high school guidance counselor. She has played and been involved with the music program for several years.
